According to the architectural design code of archives (jgj25-2010), the net height of archives should not be lower than 2.60m. The file fittings (such as mobile shelving) in the archives should be arranged perpendicular to the wall with Windows. The passage between the mobile shelving of the file fittings should correspond to the lighting window of the outer wall, and the opening direction of the vent hole of the pipeline should correspond to the absence of window.
The size of each part of the file fitting arrangement shall comply with the following requirements:
1. The net width of the main channel should not be less than 1.20m;
2. The net width between the two file fittings should not be less than 0.80m;
3. The net distance between the end of the file fitting and the wall shall not be less than 0.60m;
4. The net distance between the back of the file fitting and the wall should not be less than 0.10m.
In addition, the standard value of live load evenly distributed on the floor of the archive should not be less than 5kN/m2, and should not be less than 12kN/m2 when mobile shelving are used.
