3. What machines are you using? Are they Chinese machines or are they imported from somewhere else ?
Machines are made in China, some parts in the machine are imported from overseas. The automatic production line, powder coating line and laser cutting machine are all advanced equipment in steel furniture industry
4. What certificates do you get about your factories and products?
SEDEX, SGS,ISO9001. ISO14001, ISO18001, etc.
5. What are your product structures?
Both Knock Down (KD) structure Drawers and Assembled Furniture structure are available.
6. How many colors can I select?
You can select the color from RAL color card and PANTONE card. Also have wood like color and drawing can been chooing.
7. What is the thickness of your steel plate?
0.4-1.2mm, depends on your requirment .
8. How to pack your products?
A.Standard export package :5 layer carton with inner lining, out size with the packing belt.
B special package: paper corner &side protection or white foam corner protection are also accepted.
9. What are your warranty procedure steps.
A.Supply replacement within the 5 years warranty period.
B Free fits supply when customer needs
10. Could you provide free sample?
Yes, but customers need pay the shipping cost to destination. and the wood packing charges if necessary
11. What's the payment terms ?
A. T/T, 30% in advance, 70% before shipping
B. L/C at sight

12. Do you have the Minimum Order Quantity (“MOQ”)?
Yes, MOQ 50PCS each item. One 20GP container (3 or 4 items mixed) at least.
13. What's the delivery time for this 3 door locker ?
